Today is mom’s birthday! We celebrated all day and got to go to Twister’s house! Mom and Aunt Jess took us to the barn and we ran and ran and ran!

Look at all the fun we had:

Twister chased me through the snow!

Aunt Jess & Grandpa made a GIANT snowball!

I leaped around like a crazy rabbit!

...and tried to catch snowballs in my mouth!

Twister's ears flopped like a super hero dog!

After we played, I slept most of the day. Then we went home. And mom and dad went out to dinner.

But they brought me back steak!

I like mom’s birthday. We should do this more.

Nobody in St. Louis works on snow days! Hooray!

Mom and Dad took me to Art Hill, where many people (and a few dogs) sledded and played and romped. It was super fun.

We rode down the hill a few times, then slowly made our way back up. What a huge hill! I did most of the pulling for Dad. I think I heard him yell, “Mush!” So I licked some snow off his face. It was delicious!

On the way out, we wiggled through an open area where the snow was white and clean and pretty! I did a few sprints and had a great time.

All in all, it was a super fun time! Can’t wait for the next snow day!

Playing in Soulard

Last week when it was like 60 (before the snow came) Dad took me to the dogpark!

There were lots of happy dogs to play with, especially Brewster, a recue Staffie that was very friendly. He had a tennis ball that was pretty cool, and refused to give it up. I chased him for a while, and then Shane, his Dad, threw it around for us to chase!

We were having a blast, UNTIL, some jerky German Shepard showed up. He and I didn’t get along. I think his name was Hans. Or Yens. Either way, he barked some German nonsense to me and it (almost) got ugly, but Dad saved the day.

Oh well. It was fun while it lasted!

Dad says I’m patient. I like listening. I learn lots of cool things. Plus I get rewarded with snacks.

It’s been a long week here at Wiggles Central.

Monday: Dad left to go talk to people in Phoenix. Mom says that we are jealous ’cause it’s warm there, but that he had to go to make chicken strip and treat money.

Tuesday: Mom stayed home with me and we cuddled on the couch a lot of the day. Dad came home, but didn’t have any chicken strips or treats. Maybe they don’t have treats and chicken strips in Phoenix.

Wednesday: Mom worked aaaaaall day and so I got to have treats all day and distract dad from getting his work done. It was very tiring.

Thursday: Mom & I went to get Aunt Kyla in the car! We rode to Twister’s and I sat on Kyla’s lap the whole way there! They left us there to play and went to see family in Hermann!!! We had a really good time, and didn’t even cover Aunt Jessie’s house with toy fluff! They were really proud.

Today if finally Friday and I’m ready to relax the weekend away. It’s so cold here though, my teeth have been chattering all day!

Snoring between shivers

Hi all!

Today was a fun day. Aunt Jess and Twister came over! Then we went to the dog park! Milo was there! We ran and got really dirty!

Mom and Dad must have had a plan, because after that, we all went to a dog wash that benefited the local spay/neuter scene. This will help doggies like me have better chances of getting rescued, because there won’t be so many of us homeless pups out there. Walter came too!

I didn’t know I was getting a bath when we got there, so I had a great time! I made new friends! Played outside! Got fed lots of things by people that loved me! Mom & Dad took pictures. Just look!

I got the scrub-down. The lady that washed me was great. She told me I was cute, and took special care when drying me off. She said I should be a poster dog for my breed.

When we were all done, Dad got me a treat and let Mom give it to me! All the ladies watching said I was adorable, and that I was so good, patiently waiting for my snow flake pieces to be broken off for me to enjoy!

After that, we came back home and all took naps. It was a great day!

First, I trap the stuffed animal between my jaws and feet.

Second, using all my Pit Bull strength, I REEP TO SHREDS!

Finally, I sit back and enjoy the mess I have created. (The red chunks are spikes, the green parts are legs. Man, that's one dead dragon!)

Oh boy it’s cold outside! In the 20’s today…

So, I wanted to go out to play in the yard at 2:38 AM, but Dad said he had to “get up for work” or something. No fun!

Maybe we’ll run up and down the streets later.

Anyway, that’s all for now. I’ve got a stuffed dragon to rip apart.

Hi everyone! Welcome to my very first blog! I am so excited to finally be writing something on my own now! I watch mom and dad blog every day. Sometimes I help them, but they don’t always want to include what I have to say. Now I can say whatever I want!

We didn’t do a lot today. It’s really cold out. Sometimes when it’s cold I get to wear my sweater. Dad doesn’t put it on me very often because he thinks it’s dumb. That’s okay. Dad & I like to run up and down the street in the mornings. It’s fun.

Today I spent a lot of time helping mom edit my blog template. We finally got this one good enough to make us happy for now, but we going to make a better one soon. One just for me.

I’m going to take another nap now. But come back soon! Leave lots of comments! Nice to meet you!
